Effective October 10, 2026. This policy covers the Athenaeum app and this website.
Your information
Athenaeum does not collect personal data. The developer has no server that receives what you enter.
Your reading data stays on your device and syncs through your private iCloud account when iCloud is on.
You do not need an account to use Athenaeum.
Advertising and tracking
Athenaeum has no advertising. It does not track you across other apps or websites. It has no analytics. It includes no third-party software development kit.
Purchases
Apple handles payments. Athenaeum never sees your payment card details. The app uses verified purchase records from Apple to check what you have bought.
This website
This website has no analytics, advertising or cookies. Cloudflare hosts it and can process technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect it.
Deleting your data
In Athenaeum, open Settings > Delete All Reading Data to remove your data. You can also write to athenaeum@humenhuk.com to ask what the developer holds about you.
Who is responsible
The controller of any personal data described here is Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, the sole trader named above. Write to athenaeum@humenhuk.com to ask what is held about you or to have it corrected or deleted. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to the data protection authority where you live.

Material changes to this policy will be dated here.
